Definitions:

Armslist: Armslist.com, Armslist LLC, it's officer's agents, employees, assigns and successors.
Contest: The promotional contest described here: Promotion Contest

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States
2. RULES: If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that may corrupt the contest or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Armslist reserve the right at its sole discretion, to reject any entry or any individual who tampers with the entry or judging process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and in the event of cancellation, select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Armslist assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line failure that results in entry forms being inaccessible online. Armslist is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by participants on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest.
   CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
3. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that you are acting on your own, independently of Armslist. Contest participants are not agents of Armslist and actions taken by contest participants are not expressly authorized by or approved by Armslist.
4. You hereby certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
5. You agree to follow the rules and regulations of any and all vehicles, instruments, websites and other intermediary means used in any way associated with this contest or Armslist in any way.
6. You agree to only post links on websites where you are authorized to do so and in accordance with the terms of those sites. Armslist is not liable for any participant's unauthorized activity, use, or actions on any website or other means of communication. All participants are responsible for their own actions.
7. You agree to honestly represent the nature of any link to Armslist and will in no way deceive others into clicking a link by making false representations.
8. Traffic driven to Armslist through any means in violation of these terms or the terms of another may not be counted.
9. Armslist may at any time adjust a score or reject an account if it is found to be in violation of the terms or if Armslist in its sole discretion determines that the user has violated the spirit of the contest.
10. There is no contractual agreement between Armslist and the participants of the contest. In its sole discretion, Armslist.com will choose winners based upon an array of factors. The general guideline is that the winners will be those that did the best and most effective job of sharing Armslist.com with others who find it useful and continue to visit the site.
11. Inability or failure of chosen winners to communicate with Armslist and/or Woolrich Tactical Elite in a timely fashion, not to exceed 10 business days after Armslist sends email notification to such chosen winner, regarding sizing and shipping information will constitute a forfeiture of the prize and result in Armslist awarding your prize to another entrant.
