they have a great customer service dept. I've used them a few times in the past and they replaced the battery immediately no questions aske all you need is the serial number

Got confused about footprint and ordered the wrong model for my Shadow Systems CR920. Called and was told they would call me back, but didn't hear from them. Calling again to try and swap.
