This is a used gun in excellent shape other than couple of rubbing marks on the barrel (doesn't go all the way through finish).  Barrel has been threaded 5/8-24.  Sale includes a Weaver 8-24x42 and mounts.  This stock was built by Choate for Savage and is the famous Major John Plaster design.
