Very good condition – no rust or pitting – strong rifling.

All of the functions are operating correctly.

Overall Condition:
The pistol has been fired, but it has been fired very little. 
Overall, the pistol is in EXCELENT condition. 
Looking at the exterior of the pistol, your first impression would be that this was never fired. 
Upon close inspection of the of the chamber, you will see signs that the pistol was actually fired and that it was just very well cared for.
There is no wear to the bluing, there is no rust, there is no pitting. 
Really not much else to say, since the pistol is in near mint condition and the pictures speak for themselves.
