Adams Arms Piston System is a short stroking free floating piston system. Self cleaning, carbon and gases are expelled forward away from the operator. Corrosive resistant coating process and harmonics are not transferred into the barrel. It does not vent directly to the atmosphere pressure, eliminating flash signature and super sonic crack which is optimal for night vision and suppressed fire.
