Please take the time to review all of these pictures and read the product description in full before purchasing. The photos will include all items contained in the listing.
It is your responsibility to contact LE Trade Ins with any questions or concerns. Please make sure you are not in violation of any local, state, or federal laws and that you are of legal age before purchasing. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state. You will be required to pay all fees incurred if you do not want an item, plus a $25 processing fee.

SHIPPING:
You will receive a tracking number after your package has shipped. All shipments to Texas addresses will require an 8.25% sales tax to be collected on the total amount (including shipping and handling.) We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or other U.S. territories.
Shipping will be a flat rate:
Handguns: $29.99
Ammo: $19.99

FIREARM SHIPMENTS:
Before shipment, we require a signed copy of your dealer's FFL. Please include the description of the item, and the winner's name and contact phone number along with the FFL. We will only ship to the address as printed on the FFL. Handguns are required to ship priority the next day.
Long guns will ship via Ground. By bidding on a firearm, you are stating that you are of legal age and are not restricted by any federal, state, or local laws from purchasing the described firearm in this auction. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your area. Shipping rate for handguns and long guns to the Continental U.S. only.

AMMUNITION SHIPMENTS:
We do not ship ammunition to the following: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York State, or Washington D.C.

PAYMENT:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and DIscover. We suggest negotiating the transfer fee your local dealer will charge - LE Trade Ins has no say in this matter. It's always best to call a few shops in your area to find the best rate.

RETURN POLICY:
A 3-Day return policy is in place for all firearms. If the item you receive is not as advertised in the auction, please contact LE Trade Ins within 72 hours of delivery. Any item returned must be in the same condition as when you received it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, including insurance. The winner will be held liable for any item that is damaged, lost or stolen during shipping back to LE Trade Ins.
