Winchester reloading components are the same that are used in Winchester ammunition. Winchester puts their components through very tedious and strict quality control to provide the best product available at an extreme value. Winchester Reloading Brass is manufactured to extremely tight tolerances to ensure smooth feeding and positive chambering. Consistent case-to-case weight and capacity delivers outstanding accuracy. Winchester's high quality, durable brass can be reloaded several times. New, unprimed brass. This is not loaded ammunition.

Preparation: Due to the manufacturing process and/or shipping, case mouths may not be perfectly round. To ensure a round case mouth, cases must be sized (or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through case neck) and deburred/Chamfered prior to loading.

Note: A light "staining" may be found on the case neck of new brass. This is due to annealing. Annealing is a process, performed by the manufacturer, which involves rapid heating to a specified temperature followed by rapid cooling. This process imparts cases with the proper hardness to securely hold a bullet as well as gives flexibility to expand and contract upon firing and repeated forming. The "staining" is a residue from this process. This stain may be removed by tumbling before loading. Brass should be full-length sized, trimmed and chamfered before loading.

POWDER & PRIMERS:
We understand some localities or states may allow powder shipments to consumers with specific types of certifications or identification. We reserve the right to impose additional shipping restrictions on a specific state. As an example, due to state shipping restriction and identification requirements, we are unable to ship to the state of Massachusetts.

We will ship via UPS at the standard shipping rate to each address.

Smokeless powder is considered a hazardous material and as such incurs additional hazmat charges. We will pass through the per package HazMat charge from UPS to the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Powder shipments are restricted to the continental United States. Powder shipments will only be shipped via UPS ground service and cannot be expedited. Powder cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere outside the continental United States. NO EXCEPTIONS.

UPS can only deliver to a physical address, so please do not enter a P.O. box. We can not ship powder to PO Boxes, APO or FPO. NO EXCEPTIONS.

UPS will require a signature on all hazardous material shipments and will not allow these shipments to be redirected to an alternative address once the product is shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Customers are limited to a per order maximum weight of 16lbs. If you want to buy more than 16lbs, please make more than one order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
