Up for grabs is a Marlin model 36 chambered in 30-30. This gun was made in 1947 (double check me on this, but i'm just barely certain enough to include it in the details), has a 20" barrel, buckhorn "marbles" sights and something other than walnut (no bird's eye on bottom of buttstock), but it is a beautiful reddish color. I don't know wood well enough to look at it and tell you what it is though. I've seen a few of these on Gun Broker just recently going for around the $1200-$1300 mark. The person who consigned this one is looking to get $1000 out of this guy. Please feel free to come see this on the shelf at our shop or email/call me with questions. Thank you and we hope your Christmas and New Years of 2023 were amazing! Here's to a better 2024!
