Harrington & Richardson (H&R) model 1871 Buffalo classic chambered in 45/70 Govt. There is a small gauge under the stock where it meets the receiver. (See picture). If not for this mark in the stock this rifle looks brand new. Comes as you see it but in a gun sock.
