It features a 4140 steel lightweight profile barrel with threaded muzzle and standard A2 flash hider mil-spec phosphated 8620 steel carrier assembly Carpenter 158 bolt chrome lined interior carrier carbine length handguard mil-spec hard coat anodized forged 7075 T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers A2 pistol grip and M4 six position buttstock. This rifles upper receiver sports an A3 flat top right hand ejection port and round forward assist.

The DT Sport Mod 2 is an upgraded version of the DT Sport.
