- 3 Magazines and carrier, sling, optic and or iron sights
- 150 rounds of reliable ammunition (No green, black, brown tip)
- Handheld or weapon mounted light
- Notebook and pen
The Rifle fundamentals start in the classroom where our instructor covers the rifle from front to back. We will discuss proper maintenance, storage, setup, holster and sling selection, and what might work best for you. From there we will dive into the fundamentals of shooting both platforms and how to problem solve while behind the gun. Topics such as loading, unloading, ready positions, clearing all types of malfunctions, emergency reloads, shooting on the move, are all topics that will be covered. Participants should be prepared to learn in the classroom as well as on our range. Participants should also have a basic understanding of firearms safety and how to safely deploy it.
