We do not offer local pickup at this time. We are solely an online retailer.

The price you see is the price of the item regardless if you pay via credit card or PayPal. We offer First Responder Discounts using the Govx.com Platform.

Due to COVID-19 workplace restrictions, our fulfillment center is backlogged about six-seven (6-7) business days. This delay can increase or decrease depending on the ever-changing guidelines.

Returns of defective merchandise or items received due to an error on our part, we will pay for the return shipping.

If you wish to return an item for anything other than that, you will be responsible for return shipping and the item MUST be in original unopened packaging. We could take back an item that is open but you will only receive store credit. We do this because we do not want to resell potentially used parts.
