All firearm sales are final, no returns.

All purchases subject to 6.1% sales tax.

All firearms purchases require a background check except for those with valid AZ concealed carry licenses.

Only manufacturer warranties apply and need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Firearm purchase process:

1. You must have a current AZ Driver's License with Correct Address (expired DLs will not be accepted); you must be at least 21 years of age for handgun purchases and/or 18 for long guns – if you are between 18 - 20 years of age, a mandatory federal 10-day waiting period applies;

2. You pay for the firearm;

3. We run a background check;

4. If the background check is delayed, we keep the payment until background check clears;

5. If you do not clear background check within 5 BUSINESS days you will get a refund of you purchase price.
