Used.  Very good condition - possibly a hand select M16A1 parts kit built up on a semi-automatic receiver. Bore is also very good and sharp rifling.  Pretty small serial number of LX000548 on the grizzly-15mg receiver.  Charging handle does not appear to be a surplus piece.  Rifle comes with the pictured Eurolux 4x21 carryhandle mount scope.
