This .50 caliber Astorian rifle has a browned octagon 15/16" x 32" Green River barrel with 1:60 twist and fitted with fixed sights. The bore is very good. Stamped on the lower flat is Percussion #2 8-5-77 AH. The P++ grade Walnut stock is mounted with brass furniture. A Large Siler percussion lock with Asher Hamilton stamped on the inside of the plate, is activated by Thompson Center double set triggers. Length of pull is 13", overall length is 46-1/2", weight is 7.6 lbs. Please Note: This is a very early Asher Hamilton rifle. There is some stock filler around the top of the lock mortise and just ahead of the cheek piece. There is a small repaired crack on the left side of the tear-drop side plate. Very good wood to metal fit - made by Asher Hamilton - Oregon. Condition: Very Good. Our stock number is P-29-33.
