This .45 caliber Bethlehem rifle has a browned octagon 13/16" x 42" Douglas barrel with 1:66 twist and fitted with fixed sights. Inscribed on the German silver inlay on the top flat of the barrel is Harrison, Bartlet, Sandy. The gore is very good - bright and shiney. The P++++ grade Maple stock is mounted with brass furniture, including an engraved patch box. The stock has been embellished with very fine wire inlay around the tang, lock mortise, wrist, patch box, cheek piece, entry pipe and extending down the full length of the fore stock. Very tasteful metal engraving is seen on the German silver thumb piece and Hunter's Star in the cheek piece, tang, top jaw, lock plate, side plate, major screws and patch box. The Large Siler flint lock is activated by a single trigger. Length of pull is 13". Overall length is 57" Weight is 7.8 lbs. Please Note: The stock profiling was done by Freddy Harrison. Frank Bartlet did the wire inlay and Allan Sandy was responsible for the metal engraving and inlays. Very fine wood to metal fit - made by Freddy Harrison, Frank Bartlet and Allan Sandy.
