This is a refurbished Winchester low wall falling block rifle chambered for 22 LR. It has a 23-⅝” blued octagonal barrel with a taper of ⅞” at the receiver to ¾” at the muzzle.  The blued finish is in excellent condition, as is the bore. The front sight is fixed and the rear sight is adjustable for elevation, both set in dovetails. The receiver is also in great condition. The receiver, hammer, breechblock, and lever have all been color cased and are undamaged.  All of the screws show little sign of wear.  The original walnut forend and buttstock are in good condition. The forend has no major scratches or dents and has an ebony inlay.  The buttstock has a few tiny dents and a color cased crescent buttstock. Overall wood to metal finish is good.
