This is a Remington rolling block rifle chambered in .43 Spanish.  The 43-⅝” barrel is reblued in good condition. There is some very light scattered pitting, but no scratches or dents. The bore is fair condition, with very light pitting on some of the rifling.  The stock is held to the barrel by three blued barrel bands in good condition.  The barrel has a bayonet lug on the right side, a fixed front sight, and an elevation adjustable rear sight.  The portion of the barrel from the receiver to the rear sight is octagonal.  The receiver in fair condition. There is uneven finish wear on both sides and some light pitting on the right side.  The blued trigger guard has some pitting, but the blued hammer, breech block, and screws are undamaged. The walnut forend has small dents and scratches throughout, and some chips out of the cleaning rod channel. The buttstock in better condition, but still has a few small scratches and dents. The crescent buttplate is blued with small patch of light pitting. Overall wood to metal fit is good.  The length of pull is 13”, the overall length is 51-½”, and the weight is 9.8 lbs.  Willing to ship anywhere in the US, buyer pays freight and insurance.
