Diana Model 27 (post-WWII German production), spring-piston break-barrel air rifle. Clearly marked “DIANA MOD. 27” with the classic Diana archer/goddess logo on the cylinder, plus “MADE IN GERMANY” on the left side. This is the well-known postwar version of the long-running Model 27 (produced in various forms from the early 1950s into the 1980s), featuring the famous ball-bearing sear trigger that is widely regarded as one of the better triggers of its era—crisp, adjustable, and far nicer than most contemporary break-barrels.

Typical specs for these include a one-piece beech stock, ~17-inch barrel, overall length around 41–42 inches, weight in the 5.5–6.5 lb range, and modest power (roughly 5–8 ft-lbs depending on caliber and pellet, with easy cocking in the mid-teens of pounds). The example shows a nicely figured wooden stock with honest handling marks and a dark blued finish with age-related wear, light scratches, and patina consistent with a mid-century German air rifle that has seen use but remains complete and presentable. These are smooth-shooting classics valued by collectors and shooters for their balance, mild recoil, accuracy potential at short ranges, and historical interest (also sold under other names such as Hy-Score, Winchester, Original, and Beeman).
