I have a very large collection of curated milsurp and collectible civilian rifles.  You might want to follow my listings!

This is a numbers matching (bolt, barrel shank and receiver) 1939 Tula Arsenal Soviet Mosin-Nagant M91/30 in 7.62x54R that saw Finnish service as a captured rifle. The barrel shank carries the standard post-1928 Tula star-with-arrow arsenal mark with a 1939 date. It is Finnish-marked with the boxed SA (Suomen Armeija / Finnish Army property stamp), a D chamber-throat mark (indicating the throat was opened for the Finnish D166 cartridge), a 41 stamp on the receiver (a Finnish processing mark associated with 1941 capture or depot work), and has been counterbored. These marks confirm it was captured, modified, and issued by the Finnish military during the Winter/Continuation War period. It retains the late-1930s round receiver and military configuration typical of pre-war Tula M91/30s that ended up in Finnish hands.  It is in original form.
