1911 Frame, manufactured by S.A.M. (Shooters Arms Manufacturing) out of the Philippines.  These rarely appear on the secondary market, much less as a frame.  I got this on a trade from an older collector who had it for over 20 years.  Build your own nice 1911 however you want.  Thanks for looking!
