Selling a completely brand-new, factory-assembled, and never-fired PSA 11.5" 5.56 NATO Complete Upper Receiver paired with a brand-new, never-used Vortex Sparc II Red Dot Sight.
This is a true drop-in-and-shoot package—it includes the factory PSA Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) and Charging Handle. Everything is 100% pristine and has only sat in the safe. Zero rounds through the barrel, zero wear on the components.
Perfect setup if you want to drop a high-quality short barrel onto an AR pistol lower or a registered SBR. Since this is just the upper receiver/optic package and not a serialized firearm, there is NO FFL fee, background check, or transfer paperwork required to purchase this under Ohio law. Skip the online shipping, state sales tax, and wait times. Pick it up locally today and snap it straight onto your lower.
Note: This listing is for the complete ready-to-shoot upper receiver and optic package only. It does not include a lower receiver or an SBA3 brace.
