This is a Marlin Model 1895G Guide Gun chambered in .45-70 Gov’t. It has the classic short 18.5″ blued barrel, 4+1 tubular magazine, solid-top side-eject receiver, and hammer-block safety. The American black walnut straight-grip stock and forend have factory cut checkering, a ventilated black recoil pad, and sling swivel studs. Metal is the traditional blued finish.

The rifle is currently scoped with a mounted Bushnell Banner Dusk & Dawn scope (low-light multi-coated optics). Factory iron sights are still present. The barrel is JM stamped (North Haven-era Marlin production).
