This is a brand new uninstalled complete grip from Altamont.  It has rosewood "snakeskin" panels and a slightly thicker rubber grip with a snakeskin imprint.  Makes for a very stylish setup.  I sold the gun before the grips arrived.  I paid $59 plis shipping.  I'm asking $50 cash or trade for equal value factory ammo in 9mm, 38 spl or 45acp.
