**BRAND NEW CENTURY ARMS VSKA 7.62x39**

The VSKA is Century Arms' heavy duty, American built AK. It came out of a development program for a United States government project and was reengineered around its weak points. The bolt carrier, front trunnion and feed ramp are machined from S7 tool steel, a shock resisting steel used for chisels and jackhammer bits, then specially heat treated. The trunnion and bolt are machined from billet, and the bolt itself is carburized steel.

The chrome moly barrel is 16.25 inches long with a slant compensator. The receiver is stamped from 1/16 inch steel and finished in manganese phosphate. Century dressed this one up with an American maple buttstock and handguard plus a black polymer grip, and added the RAK-1 enhanced trigger group. It has adjustable sights, accepts standard AK magazines and comes with one 30 round US Palm magazine. Overall length is 37.25 inches and weight is 7.5 lbs. There is no side optic rail on this model.
