The Sig Sauer MCX-LTAW is a compact 300 Blackout pistol on the MCX platform, set up for running a suppressor. Its handguard is based on the LVAW and has a full-length heat shield built in, which helps with heat and keeps the gun comfortable to hold.

The 6.75" barrel is cold hammer forged carbon steel with a fast 1:5 twist for both subsonic and supersonic 300 BLK loads. The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24 and ships with an inert training tube installed. Sig's gas piston system has adjustable gas, so you can tune it for different ammo and for shooting suppressed or unsuppressed.

Controls are fully ambidextrous, and the trigger is Sig's two-stage Match Duo with a curved shoe. It has the MCX Legacy angled pistol grip and a folding pistol brace that unlocks with a push button, which makes it easier to store and carry in a case.

The finish is black anodized. It weighs 7 lb and measures 30.13" overall and 22.5" collapsed. It takes AR-15 pattern magazines, and one 30-round Magpul Gen3 300 BLK magazine is included.
