COLT 1950 vintage Officers model TARGET verison with adjustable sight 38 C&R from Citywide Supply L.L.C. near South Tucson, Tucson, AZ

This very good plus condition 1950 Colt Officers Model Target features a stunning, high-grade original factory blue finish with minimal wear, showcasing the exceptional hand-fitted craftsmanship of Colt's post-WWII golden era. Built on the iconic medium frame with a highly balanced six-inch tapered target barrel, this late Third Issue classic is mechanically excellent and retains crisp checkering on the backstrap and trigger. It does have signs of use, including scratches, marks, finish loss mostly at the muzzle, normal wear and tear from use. While it currently sports vintage, period correct Franzite brand custom target grips, the exceptional condition of the metal makes this legendary bullseye revolver an incredibly strong standalone centerpiece in any vintage firearms collection. These old Colt pistols are getting harder to find as time passes on, especially the TARGET model with adjustable sights. Shooting this vintage late 1940s revolver at your local target range with a box of lead wadcutters, oh what a satisfying day it could be, heres your chance.
