he Canik SFx Rival with a Holosun 507C is a full-size, competition-oriented 9mm package built for speed, capacity, and easy optic use. The Rival is a striker-fired polymer pistol with a 5-inch barrel, 8.1-inch overall length, 5.7-inch height, 1.41-inch width, and about 29.5 ounces empty. It feeds 18+1 from two included magazines and is sized to run in USPSA, IPSC, and IDPA without major division issues.


The lightened 90-degree diamond-cut aluminum flat trigger is the headline feature: short take-up, a crisp break around 4 pounds, and a short, tactile reset that helps keep splits tight. The steel slide is ported and aggressively serrated, with a fiber-optic front sight and click-adjustable rear. Controls are competition-friendly: ambidextrous slide stop, reversible and extendable magazine release, double undercut trigger guard, flared external magwell, interchangeable backstraps, Picatinny rail, and a cocked-striker indicator. Finishes are Rival Grey with gold accents or all-black Dark Side. The hard case typically includes plates, holster, loader, tools, and extra fiber.


The Holosun 507C mounts on the Rival's included RMR-pattern plate. It is an open-emitter reflex sight in 7075 aluminum, about 1.5 ounces, with a 0.91 by 0.63-inch window. The Multi-Reticle System switches between a 2 MOA dot, a 32 MOA circle, or both. Solar Failsafe, Shake Awake, a side-loading CR1632 tray, and up to about 50,000 hours of runtime make it a practical match for range and match work. IP67 sealing and 1 MOA clicks complete the optic. Together the Rival and 507C give a high-capacity, optics-ready race gun at a mid-tier price, with backup irons still available depending on plate and sight height.
