I have done some major upgrading/updating to my PCs and offering these up...

Both of these have a clean install of Windows 11 Pro on them

First up is a custom cube PC.  It is an 11th gen Intel Core i5-11400F 2.60ghz processor with 32gb of RAM and 1tb SSD of storage. Video card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8gb card.  Computer runs excellent with no issues at all, still plays modern games at decent settings.  Excellent for video/photo editing as well as 3d modeling like Tinkercad and Fusion.  Priced at $500 $450.  No monitor/keyboard/mouse...just the PC and power cable.

Next up is a custom 80/20 open air frame PC.  It is an Intel i7-7700k 4.20ghz processor with 16gb of RAM and 1tb SSD of storage.  Video card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 8gb card.  PC runs excellent with no issues at all, and like the other one listed plays all modern games at decent settings.  It also is great for video/photo editing as well as 3d modeling like Tinkercad and Fusion.  Priced at $500 $450.  No monitor/keyboard/mouse...just the PC and power cable.
