This is the Ruger Mini-14 Tactical (model 15800) in 5.56 NATO with Ruger's walnut Retro Folding Stock and a matte stainless steel barreled action. If you grew up in the '80s, this is the folding-stock Mini-14 made famous by "The A-Team" TV show. The Retro Folding Stock is made in-house by Ruger using original tooling, with walnut construction, a stainless steel side-folding mechanism and an injection-molded pistol grip. It has an 18.5" cold hammer-forged barrel with a 1:9" RH twist and 6 grooves, threaded 1/2"-28 with a factory-installed flash suppressor. It uses the Mini-14's Garand-style action with a breech bolt locking system, a fixed-piston gas system and a self-cleaning moving gas cylinder. Sights are a ghost ring rear aperture and a protected blade front sight with bayonet lug. The receiver has integral scope mounts and is drilled and tapped for a rail; scope rings and a Picatinny rail are included. It ships with two nickel-plated steel magazines. Ruger lists 39.25" overall length, 13.5" length of pull and 7.5 lb.
