New unfired Ruger 10/22 with upgrades.

Upgraded to Factory Ruger fiber optic front and rear sights.

Upgraded NcStar picatinny rail with U grove.  It has a U shaped groove milled down the middle of the rail so it doesn't have to be removed to use the sights.  It's a very high quality piece.
