The Troy Industries AK47 Top Rail is a railed gas tube that adds 5 inches of Picatinny rail to your AK for mounting optics and accessories. It's made for AK rifles with a standard-length gas tube, in both stamped and milled receiver models. The length is adjustable to account for differences between rifle manufacturers, and it requires no gunsmithing. The rail's low profile allows a lower 1/3 co-witness with some optics.

The railed gas tube works with the factory handguard, independent of Troy's short and long bottom rails. It's machined from hardened aircraft aluminum, finished in mil-spec black hardcoat anodize, made in the USA, and weighs 0.62 lbs. It may not fit every AK variant, so check with the seller if you're unsure about your rifle. Any modification to the product voids the warranty.
