I have a tastefully put together 9mm upper, this is not the standard blow back 9mm upper, this uses a radial delayed blow back action similar to the ar-15 meaning it can literally be slapped onto any existing ar15 lower and run no special buffers or anything, you tune it just as you would a standard ar-15 weights!
