Up for sale at Pawn Central in Portland, Oregon: a classic Connecticut Valley Arms (CVA) Mountain Rifle percussion black powder sidelock, made in Spain. Traditional American plains style featuring a heavy octagonal barrel, double-set triggers, and classic brass hardware (buttplate, trigger guard, nose cap, and patchbox).

The double-set triggers function properly, allowing you to set the rear trigger for a crisp, ultra-light pull on the front trigger. The wood stock is solid with minor handling scuffs, and the octagonal barrel features a nice aged patina from honest use. Includes the wood ramrod pictured.
