For sale is a new unfired Palmetto State Armory PA-15.  It is missing the charging handle and the bolt carrier group.  I will only sell to someone who can legally buy and own a firearm in Wisconsin, and is willing to show a Wisconsin drivers license.  I am asking $400 and it can be picked up in West Bend.
