Up for sale is a Winchester-Hotchkiss bolt action carbine in 45-70.  The serial number puts it in the 1881 production range.  Wood is in good shape with a few dings.  The metal around the reciever is good but towards the end of the barrel there is pitting including the barrel band.  Rifling is faint but there.
