SIG AXG aluminum grip module.  Fits P365 XL or X Macro length slides, takes 17 rd and 21 rd magazines and all non manual safety P365 FCUs.  Comes with SIG aluminum magwell. Grip is lightly used but still in great shape, no major scratches or damage.
