CONDITION REPORT

Metalwork & Finish: The blued barrel and receiver retain a strong, clean finish overall with only light handling wear visible. The barrel has been cleaned and presents very well externally. The bore has also been cleaned and appears clean and well maintained.

Wood: The stock and forearm show scattered light scratches, small dings, and normal handling marks consistent with use. There are no cracks or splits in the wood.

Lever: Shows normal finish wear and patina from use.

Mechanical Condition: The lever, action, trigger, safety, and magazine function properly during basic manual function checks.

This rifle has not been test-fired by ExecOpsNC Range & Field. As with any previously owned firearm, inspection by a qualified gunsmith is recommended before use.

3. ExecOpsNC Range & Field will coordinate directly with the receiving dealer to verify the required FFL documentation.

4. Once payment has cleared and FFL verification is complete, the firearm will be shipped to the receiving dealer.

5. Buyer must complete ATF Form 4473, the required background check or applicable lawful exception, and any additional state or local requirements before taking possession.
