Manufactured at Marlin's original North Haven, Connecticut facility, this rifle features the sought-after "JM" barrel proof mark, stainless steel construction, and American walnut furniture.

The rifle retains its factory configuration with the addition of a top-mounted Picatinny optics rail.

CONDITION REPORT

Metalwork & Finish: Stainless steel receiver and barrel are in excellent overall condition with clean, sharp factory markings.

Wood: American walnut stock is solid with attractive grain and minor signs of field use. Cosmetic imperfections include small nicks and scratches on the underside of the buttstock near the recoil pad and a small chip or pressure mark in the wood finish along the upper edge of the forend near the barrel band.

Mechanical Condition: Action cycles smoothly. Trigger, safety, and hammer function properly during manual function checks.

This rifle has not been test-fired by ExecOpsNC Range & Field. As with any previously owned firearm, inspection by a qualified gunsmith is recommended before use.

For purchases requiring shipment:

1. Buyer must identify a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) who agrees to receive the firearm.

2. Buyer is responsible for arranging the transfer with their selected FFL and providing the dealer's contact information.

3. ExecOpsNC Range & Field will coordinate directly with the receiving dealer to verify the required FFL documentation before shipment.

4. Once payment has cleared and FFL verification is complete, the firearm will be shipped to the receiving dealer.

5. Buyer must complete ATF Form 4473, the required background check or applicable lawful exception, and any additional state or local requirements before taking possession.
