TN resident/HCP Holder looking to purchase suppressors from other TN residents.  Given the new letter from the ATF allowing suppressors to be transferred via 4473, and given TN state law not require 4473 on private party transfers, it is my understanding (per Modern Warriors) that a private party suppressor transfer is perfectly legal (I would be the one taking the risk anyway).  I will sign bill of sale.
