Rugged Razor556 — 5.56 NATO Silencer, Belt-Fed Rated, 13.4 oz — In Stock Now
The Razor556 is Rugged’s hard-use 5.56 can: 6.4 inches, 1.5 inches in diameter, 13.4 ounces, built from 17-4 PH stainless around a Cobalt 6 core. It is full-auto and belt-fed rated — the rating that means sustained automatic fire, not a magazine dump with a cooling break.
Belt-fed rated at 13.4 ounces is the trick, and the Cobalt 6 is how it is done. Cobalt superalloys are what turbine sections and cutting-torch tips are made of; using one for the blast core lets the can take heat that would erode a conventional stainless baffle stack, without the weight penalty of simply adding steel.
In our inventory in Avondale, Arizona, today. Local sale, collected in person.
Mount Included — M2 Brake and Front Cap
It ships with the M2 muzzle brake in 1/2x28, the standard 5.56 thread, plus a 5.56-specific front cap. Quick detach on and off the host. Complete as sold — no mount to buy, no adapter to source, no second order before you can shoot it.
Built To Be Abused
Rugged back it with a lifetime warranty, and the construction is the reason they can. This is a can specified for a short-barrelled 5.56 running hot, which is the application that kills lightweight titanium cans designed for bolt guns.
Buying a Silencer Just Got Simple
No Form 4. No $200 stamp. No fingerprint cards, no passport photos, no waiting months on an approval. As of 9 October 2026 a silencer transfers on a Form 4473 and a NICS check — the same paperwork as buying a handgun. If the red tape is what kept you out of owning one, it is gone. Mechanics are in the Terms of Sale below.

Terms of Sale
Payment: Cash, debit card, credit card or GunTab. No card fees. No money orders, no personal checks.
Trades: No trades at this time.
No Form 4, no tax stamp, no wait. As of 9 October 2026 the ATF no longer requires a Form 4, a tax stamp, fingerprint cards, passport photographs or NFA registration to transfer a silencer. You fill out an ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check — the same paperwork as buying a pistol — and you take it home the same day. Nothing to pay the federal government, and nothing to wait for.
Availability and collection. This silencer is in our inventory now. Collection is in person at Tyrant Tactical in Avondale, AZ.
Arizona residents. Straight over the counter on a 4473. Arizona excludes silencers held in compliance with federal law from its prohibited weapons definition, so there is no state permit and no state registration to deal with.
Out of state. We are selling these locally only. A silencer is still a firearm under the Gun Control Act and cannot be handed directly to a non-resident, so if you are outside Arizona it would have to route through a licensed dealer in your state — and we are not set up to do that on these.
Buyer responsibilities. You must not be a prohibited person; the 4473 and the NICS check establish that. The ATF guidance does not override state or local law, and some states ban silencers outright or tie their legality to a federal registration that no longer exists. Confirm your own city, county and state rules before you buy. Nothing in this listing is legal advice.
