Wilson Combat ACP Commander 9mm — 4.25in, Ambidextrous Safety, Eagle Claw G10, Black Armor-Tuff

The ACP is Wilson Combat’s working-gun 1911 — built to the same standards as the rest of the shop, with the ornamentation left off. This is the Commander in 9mm: a 4.25-inch barrel, 10+1, 37.8 ounces, finished in Black Armor-Tuff and fitted with an ambidextrous Bullet Proof thumb safety.

A Commander-length 1911 in 9mm is a specific thing to want. You get the full-size grip and sight radius trimmed by three quarters of an inch at the muzzle, with 9mm recoil in a 37-ounce steel gun — which is to say, almost none.

Ordered in on purchase and transferred through our shop in Avondale, Arizona. Two magazines, factory case, full Wilson Combat warranty.

Eagle Claw Grips and Frame Treatment

Black G10 Eagle Claw grips with the matching frame treatment — Wilson’s aggressive directional texture that locks the hand in under recoil without the sandpaper feel that shreds a cover garment. It is the signature of the gun and the first thing anyone who knows Wilson looks for.

Ambidextrous Safety

The Bullet Proof ambi thumb safety is the difference between this and the standard ACP Commander. If you shoot left-handed, or train weak-hand, this is the configuration you want — and it is not something you add later for the price difference.

Sighted for Use

Wilson Battlesight rear with a fiber optic front, a medium pad trigger, and a contoured magazine well. Fixed sights that will not move, a front sight you can find fast in daylight, and a mag well that funnels without adding a shelf to the bottom of the grip.

Payment: Cash, debit card, credit card or GunTab. No card fees. No money orders, no personal checks.

Trades: No trades at this time.

Shipping and transfer: This item is in stock at our distributor and is ordered in on purchase. $95 flat rate to your FFL. Handguns must travel by next-day air with an adult signature — that is the carriers’ rule rather than our markup, and it is why a pistol costs more to send than a rifle. Avondale locals can collect at our shop instead — standard 4473 and background check apply either way. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
