Condition: Like New Unfired Since Factory Testing
Date Code: KA (1990)
Finish: Original Factory Black
Markings: Made in W. Germany
Factory Package: Complete Original Set
This HK P7M13 has been in my family since my grandfather purchased it new. According to my grandfather, he never fired the pistol, and neither have I. I describe it as like new rather than new because I cannot personally verify every moment of its history.
The pistol retains its original factory package, including the HK case, accessories, documentation, and factory test target dated 1990.
One particularly noteworthy characteristic is the apparent absence of U.S. importer markings. Based on family history, the pistol is believed to have been personally brought into the United States rather than imported through a conventional commercial distributor. This provenance has not been independently authenticated.
The pistol shows no visible scratches. Any streaking apparent in the photographs is residual gun oil rather than damage to the finish.
What makes this pistol particularly unique is not simply that it is a complete, unfired example with its original factory accessories, but rather the absence of import markings. Despite extensive research, I have been unable to locate a single current or historical listing for an HK P7M13 with this same characteristic, making it an especially interesting example from a collector's standpoint.
