The pistol features a standard matte black or deep blued oxide finish on its carbon steel slide and frame. It has a heavily weighted fixed barrel design with a standard 6 inch length. It is equipped with the distinct early "Three Stripes" safety lever on the slide. This teardrop-shaped ambidextrous safety selector features three raised ribs, a hallmark identifier exclusive to original Mark I production models before the safety design was updated on later generations. Firearm is fitted with factory-original two-piece black polymer grip panels featuring the circular IMI (Israel Military Industries) emblem embedded near the bottom.
