This is the AKSA Arms S4 (Four Peaks Imports model 12059), a Turkish-made semi-automatic 12-gauge tactical shotgun with a 3" chamber, an 18.5" chrome-plated 4140 steel barrel, and a 5+1 tube magazine. It runs on a dual gas piston (auto-regulating) system. The 7075-T6 aluminum receiver is finished in Tungsten gray Cerakote and has a top Picatinny rail, with ghost-ring sights. The black synthetic stock is a fixed pistol-grip design, and it has a manual cross-bolt safety. It ships with three choke tubes (Cylinder, Modified, and Full) and a choke wrench.
