For sale is an original Israeli Military Industries (IMI) UZI Model A 9mm semiautomatic carbine, imported by Action Arms of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

This is an early-production Model A with an original sales receipt dated February 16, 1982, documenting its original purchase price of $500. The receipt includes the firearm's matching serial number, providing documented provenance dating back more than 44 years.

The firearm is in exceptional overall condition and appears unfired, with only minor cosmetic scuffs and handling marks consistent with its age. The original finish is exceptionally well preserved, and the firearm appears to have seen very little use.

Complete Original Factory Package Includes:

  • Original Action Arms factory box with Styrofoam inserts
  • Original 16-inch barrel
  • Original short display barrel (currently installed)
  • Original factory 25-round magazine
  • Original factory sling
  • Original owner's manual with matching serial-number sticker
  • Original factory paperwork
  • Original sales receipt dated February 16, 1982, with matching serial number

Additional Details:

This is an authentic Israeli-manufactured IMI UZI, not a later American-made reproduction. The Model A represents the earliest generation of commercially imported semiautomatic UZIs.

The matching serial-number documentation, original 1982 purchase receipt, and complete factory accessories make this a particularly desirable example for collectors.

The original box shows age-related shelf and edge wear but remains intact with its original Styrofoam packaging.

Condition: Excellent to near-mint appearance. Appears unfired, with only light handling marks and minor cosmetic scuffs.
