This is the Marlin SBL Series Model 1894 (model 70433), a stainless lever-action carbine in .357 Magnum that also fires .38 Special. It has a CNC-machined polished stainless receiver and a 16.1" cold hammer-forged polished stainless barrel (1:16" RH twist), threaded 1/2"-28 with a factory thread protector. Sights are a fiber-optic front with a tritium ring and an adjustable ghost-ring rear, and the receiver has a Picatinny rail for optics. It has an oversized lever loop, a slim forend, an offset hammer spur, a cross-bolt safety, and a half-cock hammer. The checkered gray laminate stock has a soft rubber buttpad and sling swivel studs. Marlin lists 8-round capacity in .357 Mag (9 in .38 Special), 33.25" overall length, 13.38" length of pull, and 6.3 lb.
