CZ P-09 C Nocturne 9mm 3.74in with Viridian RFX11 Green Dot — 15+1, New In Box

This is the Lipsey’s exclusive Nocturne package: the CZ P-09 Compact with a Viridian RFX11 green dot. I have fitted the optic and bore-sighted it in the shop — it does not arrive as a pistol and a box of parts for you to sort out. The bare pistol sells for around $618 and the RFX11 streets near $170, so the optic is not a throw-in; it is most of the reason to buy this version rather than the plain gun and a plate.

The P-09 C is CZ’s compact polymer-framed 9mm: 15+1 on a 3.74-inch barrel, 26 ounces, black Polycoat, with the Omega trigger system running double action first shot and single thereafter, and an ambidextrous decocker. Three-dot luminescent irons sit under the optic, the backstraps are interchangeable, and two 15-round magazines come in the box.

In hand at Tyrant Tactical in Avondale, Arizona — local buyers can collect in person, or it ships to your FFL.

Mounted And Bore-Sighted, Not Just Bundled

Plenty of pistols are sold “optics ready”, which means a cut slide, a plate you have to identify and a dot you still have to buy. Even the bundled ones usually arrive as a pistol plus a sealed optic box and a set of screws. This one has the Viridian RFX11 fitted and bore-sighted here in the shop.

To be precise about what that means: bore-sighting aligns the dot with the barrel so your first group lands on paper rather than somewhere in the berm. It is not a confirmed zero — you will still want to put rounds through it and fine-tune at whatever distance you intend to shoot. What it saves you is the mounting, the torque, and the frustrating part of the first range trip.

The RFX11 itself is a three-MOA green dot at under half an ounce, with instant-on, auto-shutoff and better than thirty thousand hours on a CR2032. Green is easier for most eyes to pick up quickly than red.

The Omega Trigger And The Decocker

CZ’s Omega system is the practical reason people choose a P-09 over its competitors: it is a simple, serviceable DA/SA trigger, and the gun is built so the decocker and a manual safety are interchangeable parts rather than different models. As supplied this one wears the ambidextrous decocker.
