BCM lower with a full FN M4 Collector upper receiver. Face to face only, no shipping. Must have AZ DL. Phoenix folks, I'm happy to meet but I'm not going all the way to Phoenix, so we can meet in Casa Grande.

The lower:
BCM lower receiver from factory, no modifications.

The upper is configured as it comes from FN which means:
- Properly marked receiver
- Properly marked front sight
- Properly marked barrel
- OEM bolt carrier group

Only non-factory item is the surplus carry handle which has the proper marking on it. The OEM rear-sight is somewhere and I will try to find it before sale.
