Browning BAR MK2 Safari, serial number indicates 1993, the first year model of the Mark II. The Scope is a Leupold VX-IIi 3-9x50, which was refurbished by Leupold (February 2026). The rifle has been  hunted with but mostly kept in a gun cabinet, it does have some ding and dents.
